Anjjalii Mathhur is the Founder and Lead Therapist of Arahat Sound Wellness, a space born from years of personal sadhana and inner exploration. Her journey is deeply rooted in the belief that true healing begins from within and unfolds through conscious awareness of the body and mind.
As a dedicated Sadhak (meditator) and lifelong student, she brings depth, discipline, and authenticity into every practice at Arahat. This inward journey forms the foundation upon which Arahat has been created and continues to evolve.
Anjjalii’s therapeutic work is supported by strong academic grounding and internationally recognised training across yoga, sound, and music therapy.
She is also the only ISTA (International Sound Therapy Association, USA) Registered Therapeutic Sound Practitioner in India, reflecting her commitment to globally recognised standards in therapeutic sound healing. Her education reflects a balanced integration of ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic science, allowing her to work safely and effectively with diverse populations.
